After stepping off the American Idol stage as one of the Top 24 finalists, Liahona has a new catalog of what Lionel Richie would call “so fresh” music. Liahona's team hired me as Creative Director to oversee, manage, and conceptualize the re-brand of her image and campaign leading up to her new album.
Que Rico Sola, the first single release, celebrates the joy and freedom of dancing like no one is watching.
Liahona's music is both confident and soft, sensual yet down-to-earth, blending pop, R&B, hip-hop and reggaeton, and we wanted to find the edges of that combination in her visuals. We mixed soft textures, sharp typography and vibrant colors, with a youthful and playful, yet self-assured tone.
