Creative Direction for new record label, Color Study, a pop & folk focused joint venture with Ultra Music.
The Color Study musicians are raw, real, and honest, so we developed a visual brand identity that matched the intimate quality of the artist’s music. Inspired by Kandinsky, abstract expressionism and art & music from a sensory perspective, we built a brand based off of the connection amongst these elements.
Each Social Post is a work of art while each Artist Portrait is its own illustrative painting. The brand is fluid and dynamic, set to evolve with the seasons and time.
