almost home expresses the power of imagination to connect us all. This last track of the dawn EP segues seamlessly into the first track of the dusk EP, continuously flowing into the next music video, bon iver, as we transition from dawn to dusk.
almost home was shot in June 2020, right in the heat of quarantine. With film production limited, we decided to create this using our greater filmmaker community. We called up 3 filmmakers across the country who had access to children, and filmed each vignette separately and remotely with a limited crew.
